Is there a contract to join the We Are Wildness Directory?

There is no contract. If you sign up for a We Are Wildness Directory Business Membership, you can cancel your membership at any time.

Is the WAW Directory open to all locations?

Yes! We are a global directory. At this time all listings must be written in English, regardless of location.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel your listing any time by logging into your account or contacting us. When you cancel you will not be billed for the following month. If your listing is canceled within 7 days of your last billing date then you are eligible for a refund of that month’s fee upon request. You will not be refunded unless requested.

How do I edit my listing?

You can edit your listing by logging into your account and using the listing editor. Please watch the tutorial video on how to do this.

Can I have a low rating or bad review taken down?

Unfortunately, we cannot remove reviews unless the reviewer contacts us to have it removed. We encourage you to contact customers who leave an unfavorable review in order to resolve the situation and then have them contact us to have the review removed once the situation is resolved.

What is the currency of the subscription fee?

All transactions are in USD regardless of your location.

What day will I be billed on?

You will be billed on the closest business day to the day you signed up on each month.

Will my listings look good on a mobile phone?

Yes! We have developed the site to be mobile optimized so it will display beautifully on any device. In the future, we are planning on developing a mobile app for the directory so it’s even more user-friendly and good looking on mobile.

How will people find my listing?

Through our search function which is by location, keywords, categories and more. People will also find your listing indexed on search engines (Google etc.) because of our excellent SEO. We share our directory and its listings on our social media platforms. We also encourage you to share your listing with friends, family, and your social networks and communities.

Do you offer customer support if I have any problems or questions?

Absolutely- Contact us anytime and someone from our customer support team will be in touch as soon as we can (probably Kevin or Alissa at this point as we’re still a small business).



Can I add a Nature park listing myself?

Yes! Go here to submit your own listings. All listings are subject to approval to ensure they meet our guidelines and are not a duplicate listing.

Is the WAW Directory open to all locations?

Can I edit/update the listing I submitted?

Yes. Login to your account on the site using the username and password you submitted during signup, and you will see your current listings. Click on the one you want to edit and you can submit the edits (which will be reviewed for approval again). Alternatively, you can contact us with any edits you would like done to your listing.

Can I have a listing I submitted taken down?

Yes, just send us an email here with the details and we’ll take it down for you. The listing must have been submitted by you. Public listings will remain on the site unless there is a valid reason for their removal.

I submitted a listing but it hasn’t been posted yet. What happened?

Your listing may not have been approved, or there may have been an error during the submission process. Please check your email and spam folders for our response, or contact us.

How long does it take for my listing to go live on the site after I submit it?

If approved, your listing will be live within 48 hours or 2 business days (usually sooner). We take weekends off, so if you post it on a Friday evening, it will be posted live on Monday or Tuesday.
